Product Description

Application: As a metal compound with good transparent conductivity, it has the properties of bandwidths, high transmittance and low resistivity in the visible spectrum. It is widely used in solar cells of flat panel display devices, window coatings with special functions and other photoelectric devices.

Laser etching
Our company has advanced laser etching equipment, which can etch various shapes according to users' needs. It is accurate and rigorous, and is trusted by customers.
Please customize the user to provide the etching size or drawing
Laser etching gathers high-energy and low-power laser beams into a very small spot, forming a high power density at the conductive film, so that the conductive film layer is vaporized and evaporated in an instant, forming a chemical line, without losing the surrounding conductive film, and can be Precisely control the etching depth.

How to use and store conductive glass
1. Only four sides can be touched when picking and placing, not the surface of conductive glass ITO;
2.Handle with care and do not collide with other fixtures and machines;
3. If you want to store for a long time, you must pay attention to moisture, so as not to affect the resistance and transmittance of the glass; ITO conductive glass, the humidity is below 65% at room temperature Keep dry and cool, avoid direct sunlight.

Conductive glass cleaning
During the production, packaging and transportation of ITO/FTO conductive glass, the surface of the glass may be contaminated by impurities such as ash, dust, grease, etc. It is necessary to clean ITO and FTO conductive glass before using it. There are many cleaning methods, the most commonly used is ultrasonic cleaning with organic solvents. Grease stained on the glass surface is insoluble in water, but it is soluble in organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, and ethanol. Among them, toluene has the strongest decontamination ability, so first clean with toluene, but toluene cannot remain on the surface of the standard glass. Because toluene is soluble in acetone, it can be cleaned with acetone, which can not only clean off the residual grease, but also dissolve the toluene. Similarly, acetone cannot remain on the surface of the glass. As acetone is soluble in ethanol, it can continue to be cleaned with ethanol. Ethanol and water are mutually soluble in any ratio, and then a large amount of deionized water is used to dissolve the ethanol. Finally, it is stored in anhydrous alcohol, and then used when it is used, so that multiple tablets can be washed at one time. So generally:
Toluene (10-20min) → acetone (10-15min) → ethanol (10-20min) → deionized water (20-30min) in order to perform ultrasonic cleaning → anhydrous alcohol storage (take out when used for long-term storage)
