2-4 inch Optical grade LiTaO3 (LT) Wafer

Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) optical grade crystal is a colorless and transparent crystal material. LiTaO3 crystal integrates various effects such as piezoelectric, electro-optic, acousto-optic, nonlinear optics, etc., and is an excellent sound transmission medium and high-frequency transducer material. It can be widely used in electro-optical devices, laser frequency multipliers, acousto-optical devices, etc.
